best method to indulge in ecotherapy is to observe nature deeply. wherever you are either at home or outdoor or traveling stop for a while and watch trees,green grass,flowers,green leaves,activities of birds and other phenomenons of nature.i bet you will love this activity.in response you will feel active and fresh.even while driving when you feel fatigue and tired then stop your vehicle near a park or green area and have a close look on near by nature objects feel as you are between them keenly observe tree leaves,unusual shaped trees,buildings and take along breath….that is it….you are with nature and nature will take care of you..
